On the recommendation of a friend I engaged AIA to manage our claim. As we live over 3 hours drive from our holiday home managing the claim would have been difficult (I have no previous claim experience) and time consuming. I met Pat (AIA Loss Assessor) once at the property and he and Sheila (secretary) took full charge of our claim from there, while we sat back. They dealt with the Insurance company, Insurance assessor, documentation etc.. in a very professional and timely manner while all the time keeping us informed. We know we could not have achieved what they achieved for us regarding the final outcome of our claim. My advice to anyone (unfortunate enough) needing to make a claim is to leave it to the professionals and engage Pat and Sheila of AIA, they were top class!
